Welcome to our new blog. We’re so excited to get started eating out and cooking in our kitchen. Please take a few minutes to look around, try out the different tabs and links and let us know if you see something that isn’t working right. We’ve put in a lot of hard work to get this thing up and running, and we hope the design makes it fun to read and easy to navigate.
Here’s the deal. Each week we will go out to eat at a restaurant that you choose (from the weekly poll, so be sure to vote), we will then choose one of the dishes that we ordered and attempt to make the dish at home. We will blog about our experience and opinion of the restaurant, post the recipe we create for the dish, and share our thoughts on how close, or not so close, we came to “cooking that.” We’ll even include pictures along the way, to help you create the dishes in your own kitchen.
Please check back weekly to let us know how you’re enjoying the blog and to also vote on the next restaurant we eat at (to make it more fun, each week we will post restaurants with names that go alphabetically. We will start with the letter “A” and work our way through the alphabet.)
We hope this blog brings you as much happiness and entertainment as we expect to have while writing it. We cant wait to read your comments, and hopefully even get some helpful feedback on our recipes.

We’re not doing video right now, but we’re going to experiment with it and see if it’s best for the blog.
